With effect from Jan 1, 2015, the Malayan Racing Association will delegate its authority to the four associated clubs, namely Penang Turf Club, Perak Turf Club, Selangor Turf Club and Singapore Turf Club to issue licences to jockeys (both professional and apprentice jockeys) to ride at their respective clubs.

Jockeys can only ride at the clubs that have issued them licences. The licence period granted will be at the discretion at the clubs.

Selangor Turf Club
Singapore Turf Club
