Deneskumar wins appeal

KUALA LUMPUR:  May 27, 2015

Apprentice Deneskumar Paskaran has won his appeal against a two-month suspension and a fine of RM10,000 for his ride on DYNAMIC TRIO in a Class 5 - 1100m sprint at Sungei Besi here on May 23.

 

The Selangor Turf Club Racing Stewards heard his appeal today.

After considering submissions from Deneskumar, in the presence of his master, Trainer Lawson Moy, and the Chief Stipendiary Steward, the Racing Stewards allowed the appeal on both of his suspension of 2 months and fine of RM10,000. His deposit was refunded.
