Harrys Pal bags Wilayah Silver Bowl

KUALA LUMPUR: Feb 1, 2015

Veteran galloper HARRYS PAL, who found one to beat in the RM250,000 Sports Toto Trophy (1200m) last Nov 30, stepped up on that run to capture the RM100,000 Wilayah Silver Bowl at Sungei Besi here today.

With Jackson Low in the saddle, the eight-year-old quickly took command in the Metro A 1100m sprint and held on to win by half a length from BALOTELLI.

It was the fifth win in 27 starts in Malaysia for the former four-time New Zealand winner but his first since taking the Carlsberg Cup 1st leg last Sep 21.
