Stipendiary Steward in Malaysia.
The Australian is set to take over from Irishman David McGillivray on May 1. The latter has been ‘promoted’ to the post the Professional Stipendiary Steward. Starting out as a Cadet Steward in 1988, Dingwall was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Stewards in the Northern Rivers Racing Association at Grafton two years later. In 1992, Dingwall became the Chairman of Stewards with the Mid North Coast Racing Association in Port Macquarie and three years later, was recruited to be a member of the AJC Stewards panel. |
