GRANT'S SUCCESS bounced back to form after 10
months to win the S$125,000 Punters' Way Trophy over 1200m at Kranji here
today. Partnered by Robbie Fradd who
was also astride him in his last win, the Spinning World-Lady Guest gelding
landed a betting plunge when he came from just off the mark to win by one
and three quarters lengths to pay S$91.
Danny Beasley was the toast at Kranji today
when he booted home three winners. Beasley, however, has to survive an
objection to be confirmed his win on SUPERB (High Yield - Love Dream by
Fairy King) in the last race.
Earlier, Beasley scored on newcomer SO
MAJESTIC (King's Best - So Explicit by Straight Strike) and INVADER
(O'Reilly - Gilded Saint by St Halarion), who improved on his debut second
in June to defeat two well backed favourites.
