CHEYENNE DANCER romps home an easy winner in the Magic
Millions Classic last year

This year's Malaysia Magic Millions Classic will be worth RM400,000, an increase of RM50,000.

The race for three and four-year-old graduates of Magic Millions sales in Australia and Malaysia will be staged on September 7 in Penang.

The Penang Turf Club is also throwing in a RM50,000 to the owners of a Penang based horse which wins the event.

The Malaysia Magic Millions Classic is traditionally staged during the Sprint Trophy meeting. Last year, however, the race was postponed to the Gold Cup meeting in December after the Sprint Trophy weekend was cancelled due to the unsafe track following days of torrential rain.

The Frank Maynard-trained CHEYENNE DANCER won the 2007 edition, beating PENANG WONDER and JUG FULL.
