Kingston City bags Table Race double

KINGSTON CITY, who out-sprinted multiple classic winner GOLDEN ACE to win a Table Race in Ipoh two weeks ago, has completed a double in the newly introduced race for Class 1, 2 and 3 horses over 1400m here today.

KINGSTON CITY (Kbenjar - Whiskey Heart by Heart Of Darkness) revelled in the heavy going to win last time out and he again showed his liking for the wet track to register his fifth win in 20 starts today.

SUMMER FIESTA, voted Malaysian Bred Of The Year for the third consecutive year in 2008, began the new season on a winning note when he romped to an easy win in the RM55,000 National Stud Farm Silver Plate (1400m).

It was the 12th win in 30 starts for SUMMER FIESTA (Posen - Mysterious Smile by Covetous) who is the first Malaysian bred to earn more than RM1 million in prizemoney.
