Supreme show in Wilayah

COLOURLAND SUPREME brushed
aside his disappointment in the RM1.35m Yang Di Pertua Negeri Gold Cup last
month to capture the RM80,000 Wilayah Silver Bowl over 1600m at Sungei Besi
here today.
Taking advantage of a huge
pull in weight, COLOURLAND SUPREME (Al Akbar - The Sky Moved by Success
Express) defeated top galloper FREE SPIRIT in the Classes 1 & 2 event for
his seventh win in 19 starts.
COLOURLAND SUPREME
announced his arrival on the big stage when he won the Astro Wah Lai Toi
Charity Cup (2000m) in Ipoh last November. He then finished third in the
Anniversary Cup in Penang but was unplaced in the Gold Cup a week later.
