Magnificent comeback by Prince Goldheart

IPOH,  Jun 19, 2010

Former Singapore galloper PRINCE GOLDHEART, whose career looked in doubt at one stage when he was forced to the sidelines for 22 months, scored a sensational win in his Malaysian debut in Ipoh today.

Facing seven rivals in a Class 4 - 1400m sprint, the five-year-old, ridden by BN Shahrul, trashed his rivals by 9 3/4 lengths in this special one-day novelty meeting confined to home based horses.

Nevertheless, it was an impressive win who managed just one win in eight starts before his enforced spell, and had two more outings on resuming earlier this year before his transfer to Malaysia.
