Another four-winner strike for Moreira

Joao Moreira was in his brilliant best once again when he booted home four winners — the third time he has achieved that feat this season — here today.

The Brazilian jockey's quartet of winners for four different trainers brought his tally to 82, placing him 29 winner ahead of second placed Vlad Duric and well on course to set a new riding record in Singapore.

MAGICIAN (Magic Of Syndey - Isle Remember by Don't Forget Me), who found one beat in his last five starts, benefited from the midas touch of Moreira to register his ninth win, but his first since September last year.

He also worked his magic on LUCKYATSUCCESS (Lucky Owners - Alshandegha by Vain), who broke through after two placings, and BENJI'S GLORY (Untouchable - Lover Punt by Remeo) who ended a series of placings to win for second time in 12 starts. It's also the first time has ridden both horses.
