Hind quickly off the mark on second stint

KUALA LUMPUR:  Oct 22, 2011

British jockey Gary Hind has begun his second stint in Malaysia on a bright note when he scored on BOLLYWOOD (Magic Of Money - Doctor Dream by Maizcay) in the Turfguide Trophy (Class 5 - 1200m) at Sungei Besi here today.

After finishing fourth on RAMZ in his first ride, the much-travelled Hind quickly stepped it up in the next race to win on the Malaysian bred mare.

Hind, the Champion jockey in Dubai in the 2003/4 season, was last here in June this year to participate in the International Jockeys Championship and rode one winner (GOOD FEEL).

Hind has ridden Group winners in Europe, Indian, UAE and Bahrain including the Group 1 Racing Post Trophy (MEDAALY) for trainer Saeed bin Suroor.
