Fighter Jet joins "millionaires club"

PENANG:  Aug 21, 2011

FIGHTER JET (Jetball - Watermead by Charnwood Forest) became the latest horse to join the "millionaires club" when he scored a runaway win in the Table 1 - 1400m sprint here today.

Stepping up on a splendid third to BLUE TOSCA in the Sultan Gold Vase (1100m) last month, the Australian gelding trashed his rivals by five lengths to register his 11th win in 39 starts. The win brought his earnings to RM1,001,834.

FIGHTER JET is as versatile as they come. He has won over distances from 1100m to 1700m and last year, he also finished second to GENEROUS TYCOON in the Perak Derby over 2400m.
