Milestone Win for jockey Jackson Low

Jackson Low reached a milestone in his career today when he booted home BONBON WIN (Ebony Grosve - Fanny Black by Chem) in a Class 4 - 1600m handicap here today.

It was the jockey's 151st career wins and with that he will not be entitled to any claim from Monday.

BONBON WIN, who failed to win a race in Singapore when racing as LIM'S ESTEEM, had now picked up five wins since relocating to Malaysia. Three of the victories came at the ripe old age of eight.

Meanwhile, GOLAN HEIGHTS made it five wins from his last six starts when he carved out a gutsy win in the Class 3 - 1800m handicap.

Ridden by Sofhan Latif, the five-year-old got home half a length ahead of EASTERN BABY who ahead won three times in eight starts.

It took GOLAN HEIGHTS (Golan - Imps Love by Spectacular Love) 18 months and 11 starts before carving out his maiden win in June last year.

Immediately after, however, he was sidelined for more than six months before resuming in January this year and has come back stronger than ever, winning four times from five outings.

SIR TIKI (Perugino - Chinchilla News by Umatilla) registered the biggest upset of the season yet when he triumphed in the Class 4 - 1600m handicap and paid RM386 for a win.
