Khoo saddles career highlight four winners

Trainer Leslie Khoo, who began his career in Ipoh, had his best-ever meeting since returning home to train at Kranji when he saddled four winners from just six runners on the polytrack tonight.

SKY LORD (Falvelon - Fun For Us by Bellotto), ended a run of placings to record his maiden win in the open event (Maiden - 1700m) to give Khoo a flying start to the meting.

And the former champion jockey followed up in the next race with DRUNKEN HERO (Shovhog - Virginia Beach by Vain).

BLUE SEVEN (Stormy's Son - Vivano by Slant), spelled since running second in his debut in February last year, returned to racing to win the Initiation - 1000m sprint to bring up a second treble for Khoo at Kranji.

But he was not done yet. He sprang the shock of the evening when WING WARRIOR (Oratorio - Rarenui by Polish Blue) ended a series of dismal runs to win the Class 5 - 1700m handicap to pay $117 for a win.
