KUALA LUMPUR:  July 22, 2011

The Selangor Turf Club has announced the cancellation of the novelty meeting scheduled for August 31.

The club has also decided to hold its two-day September Meeting on September 10 and 11 instead of September 3 and 4.

This means that there will be no racing during the week Malaysians will enjoy three days of public holidays to celebrate Hari Raya (Aug 30 and 31) and National Day (August 31).
