Masthead top news in Singapore with double

After a superb one and a half season in Australia, MASTHEAD is now grabbing the headlines in Singapore with yet another smashing performance on the polytrack at Kranji tonight.

MASTHEAD won just once in 11 starts down under, but had some superb showings against the best gallopers, finishing third in the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes and fourth Group 1 Golden Slipper Stakes, amongst others group races.

MASTHEAD (Written Tycoon - Balsamico by Redoute's Choice), now trainer by Michael Freedman, trashed a Graduation field over 1000m in his Singapore debut two weeks ago and followed up with another easy victory in another Graduation race tonight, this time over 1100m.

The three-year-old will now set his sights on either the $200,000 Group 3 Singapore Three-Year-Old Sprint over 1200m on March 30 or the $200,000 Group 3 Kranji Sprint over 1200m on April 8.
