SUPER EASY returned to
racing after a short let-up and immediately picked up where he left off to
win the Open Handicap over 1200m at Kranji here today.
Ridden by regular jockey
Joao Moreira, the three-year-old was kept just off the pace early, but
enjoyed a dream run on the rails at the 300m to win drawing away by one and
a half lengths.
SUPER EASY (Darci Brahma -
Parfore by Gold Brose) raced thrice in New Zealand for a win at Trentham, a
second in the Group 3 Eclipse Stakes and a fourth in the listed Karaka
Million.
The colt brought that form
to Singapore, winning through the ranks to capture the Group 2 E W Barker
Trophy (1400m) last November before being sent for a well-deserved period in
the paddock.
