Treble moves Wee up trainer's stable

PENANG:  Aug 19, 2012

Trainer Wee Mung Hua enjoyed his best afternoon yet since shifting base to Penang when he saddled three winners at his new base here this afternoon.

Since moving from Sungei Besi up north in mid-June, the Sarawakian has added nine winners to his earlier tally of 22, moving up to fourth in the table and is now the leading trainer in Penang, one win ahead of Dr Tan Swee Hock.

Wee started the afternoon with a 'bang', wining the first two races with SUMMER PROMISE (Perfect Mandate - Visionist by Bertrando) and KANEGURA (Suehiro Commander - Turf Amitie by Zagreb).

He ended the day with SUCH A GOOD TIME (Lucky Owners - Can't Hackit by Fasliyev) in the final event.
