MAGICAL TALENT sweeps past the front runners for his third
consecutive win - SNTC photo

It's now three starts for three wins in Singapore for former Australian galloper MAGICAL TALENT after another winning display in the Class 3 - 1400m handicap at Kranji here tonight.

Stepping up in distance after his last two runs over 1200m, the three-year-old had no difficulty disposing of his eight rivals to win by half a length.

Trained by Sonny Yeoh, MAGICAL TALENT has been ridden by Ivaldo Santana in all his three starts here.

The gelding was originally purchased by Sonny's older brother Dr Yeoh Kheng Chye for A$67,500 as a yearling and raced five times down under for a win at 1250m at Canterbury.

Sonny, who took over his brother last year, has have MAGICAL TALENT since he arrived in Singapore.

The Yeoh-Santana partnership was also on target tonight on DYNAMIC VENTURE, which was Yeoh's only other runner for the evening's programme.
