Fire General battles to
11th career win IPOH:

Veteran galloper FIRE
GENERAL returned to the winner's circle in a little over 12 months to
capture the opening race here today, and kept up his proud record of having
at least one win every season since he began racing in 2007.
Ridden by Yudanyl Aify, the
Australian 11-year-old was fully tested before scrapping home for his 11th
win in 92 starts.
CANDY BRUSH, who returned
to form to win last Sunday after a series of dismal outings, completed a
double for the meeting with a runaway win, his fourth in 23 starts.
