Jockey Cheng Han Kok, who was found guilty to a charge under MRA Rule 152(3)(A) in August and disqualified 12 months, has failed in his appeal which was heard today.

After considering all of the evidence together with submissions from Cheng, his legal counsel and the chief stipendiary steward, the appeal panel dismissed the Appeal against the decision of the panel of stewards.
