Speed Power too strong for
rivals KUALA LUMPUR: Mar

It took SPEED POWER a long
time to find the mark, but registering his first win in December last year,
the Australian gelding has been very impressive with five wins and a second
in his last six starts.
His consistent form saw the
four-year-old started a raging favourite (RM6) in a Class 4 - 1100m handicap
at Sungei Besi here today and duly obliged when he came from just off the
pace to beat the front-running CHINO DIABLO.
SPEED POWER was one of four
winners for jockey Jose De Souza who has always done well at Besi this
season.
