Jockey Mohd Yazid Mohd Kamal has failed in his appeal against a two-month suspension and a fine for his ride on NO MONEY NO TALK in a Class 5 - 1100m sprint over the straight course here last May 17.

The seven-year-old, trained by Stephen Cook, finished seventh of 13 runners behind the winner PIUS TOUCH.

The Perak Turf Club Racing Stewards heard the above appeal yesterday.

After considering all submissions from Yazid, the rider of NO MONEY NO TALK, his witness Trainer Stephen Cook, and Stipendiary Steward Lee Seng He, the Racing Stewards dismissed his appeal and confirmed the sentence imposed by the Stipendiary Stewards.

The suspension imposed by the Stipendiary Stewards for a period of two months will take effect from Monday, 10 August 2015 and to expire on Friday, 9 October 2015, both dates inclusive. His deposit was forfeited.
