First dead-heat win of new season

CIZEN GIFT and WIND OF SUCCESS provided the first dead-heat win of the new season when they flashed across the line at the same time in a Class 4 - 1200m sprint here today.

Both horses were trained by now-retired Dr Tan Swee Hock and are now prepared by Cecil Robert with a lot success between them.

It was his sixth win in 30 starts for CIZEN GIFT, who started racing in mid-2013.
 
For WIND OF SUCCESS, who is into his sixth season of campaigning, it was his 12th win in 64 outings for the veteran gelding.
