Sea World sinks rivals in Mitavite Cup

Last year, it took SEA WORLD ten months to register his first and only win of the season.

This season, after a slow start following a short let-up, the Australian gelding has picked up two wins in the last three months.

With this season's regular rider Jackson Low in the saddle, SEA WORLD created a big upset when he came from a long way back to beat the favourite GOODFELLAS by a short head in the RM60,000 Mitavite Cup over 1600m at Sungei Besi here today. He paid RM194.

The Australian gelding won four times in his maiden season in 2014, with Low responsible for one of the victories.

But the five-year-old is clearly back at his best with his success today in the Banded 44-71 event.
