Eight-year-olds in dead-heat win

Two eight-year-olds, ORDER OF THE SUN and SEA WORLD, staged a thrilling finish to the main event at Sungei Besi this afternoon.

The lead in the Metro A Stakes event over 1400m change a couple of times before ORDER OF THE SUN and SEA WORLD both ranged alongside D'GREAT TIMING who had taken the lead at the 200m.

They both surged ahead and the camera could not separate them at the finishing line. It was a dead-heat. But for a few strides more, both could have been caught by TRUSON who was flashing wide out. He finished third.

It was back-to-back win for ORDER OF THE SUN in four starts in Malaysia since coming over from Singapore where he picked three wins in 27 starts. He also won five races in Australia.

SEA WORLD has been a money-spinner with 13 wins now from 56 starts, after being purchased for just A$20,000 at the Horses In Training Sale.
