Heliosphere lands back-to-back wins

After winning two races from 12 starts in Singapore, HELIOSPHERE has matched the score in just four runs since making the move to Malaysia earlier this year.

The Sebring gelding had cost A$160,000 as a yearling and after two wins at Kranji, contested but failed to show in the 4YO series including the Derby in 2019.

HELIOSPHERE came from off the pace to score over 1400m in Ipoh last month and raced in the same manner when taking out the Rapid Stakes event over 1300m here today.

With the 4YO Challenge series called off after two heats this year, the Club staged a 4YO Special Stakes and GOLD SKY BILLION made it three wins and five placings from nine starts with an easy victory.
