shows her potential

After beating just one home over
1100m in her debut two months ago, STRIP IT DOWN swiftly bared her potential
with a runaway win in the Banded 38-61 event over 1600m here today.
Ridden by apprentice Firdzriel Izham, the Australian mare settled in
midfield on the inside of horses on the rails but she managed to find a gap
and switched out making the turn into the straight.
Once she straightened out and get going, STRIP IT DOWN swept past the
leaders at the 200m and cleared away to win by four lengths.
The daughter of Playing God cost just A$11,000 as a yearling but she did not
raced until turning four. However, she quickly showed her stuff with two
wins and a third in as many starts Down Under before coming over to
Malaysia.
