regains his winning touch

A change of
name seems to be bringing back the fortunes for SUPER SIXTYONE.
The Spirit Of Boom gelding was racing as Winning Legend when he picked up
three wins in 31 starts in Singapore.
But a run of 10 dismal runs last year saw him sold and moved to Malaysia to
joined trainer S Deva Raj.
Under his new trainer, SUPER SIXTYONE found one to beat twice last month but
made no mistake today when he coasted home by 1 1/2 lengths in the Class 5 -
1200m handicap here today.
Upset of the afternoon in the seven-race card came from QADIRA MEDINA, who
landed here unraced in 2019 and was recently renamed from Alloloa.
The New Zealand mare beat one home in her debut two months ago but overcame
an untidy start to win the Open Maiden event over 1100m to pay RM100 for a
win.
