Clyde Leck lands six winners for second time

For the second time this year, apprentice Clyde Leck managed to boot home six winners in a single meeting.

Leck first managed the feat last July 17 when he scored on MENTAL, NAUGHTY KID, GOOD FIGHT, AWESOME STORM, OBSIDIAN and DRAGON RYKER at Sungei Besi.

NAUGHTY KID again provided Leck another win (third of the season) today to add to his other successes on SILENT PRINCE, COUNTER ATTACK, ARROGATE ACHIEVER, MOONFACE and GUILTY PLEASURES.

SILENT PRINCE completed a winning double for his fourth win in Malaysia.

COUNTER ATTACK broke through for his maiden success in 15 starts with a 8 1/4-length win.

ARROGATE ACHIEVER also scored back-to-back wins, his sixth in the circuit.

MOON FACE captured the Optimax Cup with a runaway win.

GUILTY PLEASURES returned to form after 30 months to notch his seventh win.

"Very happy with the achievement today," said Leck, who is indentured to his father Charles. "Of course, this would not be possible without the support of my father and trainer Simon Dunderdale (trainer of MOON FACE)".

"I am very thankful for getting the good rides although I am just a learning apprentice. Definitely a day to remember and I hope I can create more of the same memories."
